This privacy policy is provided by TogetherTesting.com and details how data about you is used when you access TogetherTesting.com Website and Services or interact with us.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy and Cookie Policy, at any time and without prior notification, by posting the revised version of this Privacy and Cookie Policy on this Site. If we update this Privacy and Cookie Policy, we will revise the date, place a notice on the Site and/or obtain your consent as required by law. Your continued use of TogetherTesting.com after we publish or send a notice about our changes to this policy means that you are consenting to the updated Privacy and Cookie Policy.


    1. Protecting your privacy

    • We do not run any ads on our Website.
    • We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
    • We do not engage in cross-marketing or link-referral programs.

    • We do not engage in affiliate marketing.
    • We do not have access to or store your credit or debit card information. We securely send it to the payment processor we use to charge your card (Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.).
    • We share your assessment results only with the employer/company who requested the assessment.
    • When you take a technical assessment for a company through TogetherTesting.com, the information supplied by you may become part of such company’s database. In these instances, the use of such information will be subject to the privacy policy of that company, and we are not responsible for that company’s use of your information.
    • TogetherTesting.com may contain links to other websites not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, products or services offered through the other websites.

    2. Data we collect

    We collect and use the following data to provide/improve our services and/or combat fraud/abuse:

    • data you submit or provide as an Employer on TogetherTesting.com (e.g. name, address, email, phone, website/URLs, business/company details etc.).
    • data you submit or provide a Job Seeker who takes a technical assessment on TogetherTesting.com (e.g. your answers to the technical assessment questions).
    • credit card data, which is transmitted directly to our payment processor (Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.) via a security protocol (e.g. SSL).
    • web log data (e.g. web pages viewed, access times, IP address, HTTP headers).
    • data collected via cookies (e.g. session data). See Cookie Policy below.
    • data collected when you view, click, save and navigate the website (e.g. views, clicks, navigation within the website).
    • data about your device(s) (e.g. screen size, operating system, browser information).
    • data from 3rd parties (e.g. geo-location via IP address).
    • We may extract and use information from the data you provide for aggregate data (Aggregate data is data from any number of users in an aggregated form only, that does not specifically identify any individual user and that is not intended to disclose any information that is personally identifiable to an individual user).

    • As an Employer, you may access and update certain data about you via your account login.

    TogetherTesting.com preserves the right to disclose without your prior permission any Personal Information about you or your use of TogetherTesting.com if we have a good faith belief that such action is necessary.

    • With vendors and service providers (e.g. payment processors) working on our behalf.
    • To enforce the Terms of Use that apply to use of TogetherTesting.com.
    • To respond to subpoenas, search warrants, court orders, governmental requests, or other legal process.
    • To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of users of TogetherTesting.com or the general public.
    • In connection with a merger, bankruptcy, or sale/transfer of assets.
    • In aggregate/summary form, where it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
    • With your consent (e.g. if you authorize us to share data with other users).

    TogetherTesting.com uses "session" cookies. They store information in the form of a session identification that does not personally identify you. The cookies help us recognize you as you navigate within our website.
